Our family booked a last minute stay at Big White for a weekend of skiing - and were so glad we chose to stay at this property. Ben & Fay are great hosts who are very responsive and accommodating. The unit was just as described and very clean. 10/10 recommend and will book again if back at the ski hill!

The condo was very cozy and such easy access to ski lockers and access to ski hill. An added bonus is that the other owners in this complex were very friendly and even invited me to join them for their nightly happy hour in the lobby. It was really nice to see the owners being welcoming instead of resenting the people who are only "renting". We had a great stay!

Place was as described and Ben/Fay provided clear instructions for an easy checkin/out. Ski in/out access was easy as well. Hot tub on the balcony was nicely protected and felt very private, the cover on it wasn’t the smoothest to move off/on but not a problem. The unit in general felt pretty dated but had a cozy feel.
Overall had a lovely stay & would recommend.
