Ben and Fay's condo was great for our ski vacation. Quick walk to the chair lift, walkable to the village. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, large sofa, great hit tub. really nice after a long day skiing. Would definitely stay there again

We loved everything about this chalet. The location was very convenient to the village and the slopes. The townhouse layout was organized perfectly for skiers with a well organized boot room for storing equipment and getting ski boots on and off. The entire unit was very well decorated and very clean. It was also well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies and linens. The hot tub was very hot and perfect at the end of a full ski day. Ben & Fay were very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again! The coffee maker didn't work very well and couldn't make more than 4 cups at a time. We worked around though.

We loved the stay. The location is unbeatable. Easy ski in/ski out, close to the village while still feeling peaceful, and the house is cozy and well-equipped. Definite recommend.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and made the whole check-in/check-out process smooth and easy. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing… had an issue with a neighboring unit and they handled it for us immediately. Very impressed and will look for this stay when we come back to big white!

Our family of five and golden doodle dog had a fabulous Christmas ski vacation at Ben & Fay’s chalet! Ben & Fay are amazing hosts: friendly, helpful, and very responsive. The chalet is very clean, cozy, and the best stocked kitchen! Hot tub was so nice to relax in after a day of skiing and a great ski in/out next to the Bullet Chair. Quick walk to the village is five star as well! Would definitely stay again!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Ski in ski out, so close to the mountain. So much room, incredibly tidy. The hot tub was great and we had such a lovely time. We will be back!

We loved our stay at Ben & Fay's place at Big White. Based on such a good time in their place we are now a ski family. We have every intention on staying there again. Beautiful location with ski in and ski out, well equipped kitchen, really nice bed linens, loved the hot tub....couldn't ask for more as it was perfectly described in the listing. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Big White home. From the moment I arrived, it felt thoughtful, welcoming, and extremely well cared for. Check in was effortless with the keypad, and the house was spotless with crisp, new linens, bedding, and décor. The location does not get better. This is a true ski in ski out home with direct access to Plaza Chair and Ridge Rocket. The heated garage was a huge bonus with tons of space, storage, and multiple benches that made gearing up easy. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked and perfect for hosting a large family, with many kitchen appliances. The hot tub was spotless, spacious, and well maintained. The beds were incredible and it was like sleeping on a cloud. There was also a great selection of games and easy to use tv’s streaming and cable. Ben and Fay were exceptional hosts. Checkout was smooth with clear instructions. I have stayed in Happy Valley before, and this was a superior option. Will stay here again, thanks Ben & Fay!
